• Own car and tools (after the probation period, we can provide a company car for business use).
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in various areas, such as:
  • General plumbing work
  • General carpentry work
  • General decorating work (e.g., painting, wallpapering)
  • Maintenance and minor repairs
