For some time now, a bear sitting on a bench has been spotted in many British towns. But this is no ordinary bear – it’s Paddington himself! Yes, the same beloved character whose adventures we’ve enjoyed through numerous books by Michael Bond and various film adaptations.

What inspired the idea of placing 23 bears on benches across different parts of the UK? It’s all part of the release of a new film about this marmalade-loving bear. Paddington in Peru, the latest instalment of his adventures, premiered in cinemas on 8 November.

Fans of Paddington can still enjoy seeing the bears in the following locations:
23 towns, including Ashby de la Zouch, Birmingham, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London, and Manchester. Each location is unique and worth a visit – just like Paddington himself!
