Polish logistics company InPost is rapidly expanding its operations in the UK, achieving significant success. Strategic acquisitions and the growing popularity of parcel lockers have made the brand increasingly recognisable in the UK.

Last year, InPost acquired a 30% stake in Menzies Distribution Group, and recently announced the purchase of the remaining 70% of the British logistics company's shares for £60.4 million. This transaction gives InPost full control over Menzies Express and Newstrade’s logistics operations. InPost is experiencing huge success in the UK market, with its annual profits tripling.

Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost, announced that the company will continue to meet the needs of British customers and respond to the growing demand for its services. In the UK, interest in parcel lockers continues to rise, and the next step in the company’s expansion could be entering the Irish market.

Through its collaboration with Menzies Group, InPost saw a 156% increase in parcel volume in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period last year in the UK. The latest figures show that the brand now operates 8,000 parcel lockers in the UK, a rise of 1,000 devices since the beginning of the year.

Additionally, InPost has recently partnered with Newcastle United Football Club, becoming the official partner of the English football club. This further confirms the brand's strong position in the UK market.
